PA Governor rejects new Repugnantan gerrymandering

After the Pennsylvania Supreme Court said current Repug gerrymandering was unconstitutional, and ordering them to redraw the districts, they did so and submitted to the Governor. The Governor hired a Tufts University mathematician who determined the new map was only about 0.1 percent less favorable to Repugs than the ousted map so the Gov said no dice.
