DHS said Russians penetrated US election systems

So said the head of cyber security at Department of Homeland Security. 21 State systems were targeted prior to the 2016 election and a "small number of them were actually successfully penetrated." And many of these States have done nothing to reinforce future protection. But several States have complained that the federal government has not provided specific information on the hack, nor provided technical assistance. No surprise there, as Dump has colluded, and is continuing to collude, with Russia to hack our elections because he's well aware they're doing so to protect him.
