Hartmann: What will Dump do if indicted?

Hartmann speculates about a version of the Handmaid's Tale coming true should the Mueller investigation come down with Dumpster indictments, or if a Dem Congress moves to impeach him. It could trigger his Dumpsters to get violent in the streets in which case he could declare martial law and suspend elections. He could declare war with Iran and/or North Korea with a similar scenario. These are not far fetched conspiracy theories but real possibilities given Dump's instability and insanity.
