"According to a New York Times report, the Pentagon is developing a plan to send as many as 120,000 troops to the Middle East if President Trump decides to take military action against Iran. National Security Advisor John Bolton has long expressed hostility towards Iran, even penning a New York Times op-ed in 2015 entitled 'To Stop Iran’s Bomb, Bomb Iran.' Nuclear policy specialist Seyed Hossein Mousavian says Bolton's willingness to collaborate with leaders from Israel, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates has provided them enough leverage to achieve 'the dream they have had for years and years and years — to drag the U.S. into a war with Iran.'"
