Yet what they're doing is defending us from actual Nazis and white supremacist terrorist violence. This is key to the false equivalence that those fighting fascists are themselves fascists. I'm guessing the same people who claim that also did so for the resistance fighters against the Nazis in World War 2? Were they complaining about the American revolution against the tyranny of England? Honestly, WTF have we come to to equate those who fight against hate and oppression with the very people who perpetuate it?
To all our soldiers, past and
present, defending our country from fascism and terrorism, I do not
equate you with those fascists and terrorists and thank you for your
service. That also goes for those civilian Antifa protecting us at
rallies from some of those same fascists and terrorists.
