9th Circuit Court of Appleals: The President is not King

Following up on this post, here's more from the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals decision shutting down the 'President is King' argument. Fortunately the Courts still believe in constitutional democracy, unlike Twamper who thinks he can "contravene constitutional rights and protections."

"Instead, the Government has taken the position that the President’s decisions about immigration policy, particularly when motivated by national security concerns, are unreviewable, even if those actions potentially contravene constitutional rights and protections. [...] There is no precedent to support this claimed unreviewability, which runs contrary to the fundamental structure of our constitutional democracy" (13-14).
