Twamp was more concerned with the applause he got for mentioning the dead Seal, and not at all that he needlessly sent him to his death through his blatant incompetence. Twamp decided on this raid without consulting with military and intelligence experts, then lied about the intelligence the raid supposed got. He does though give Twamp credit for being an excellent snake oil salesman who fooled almost half the nation.
