In this clip Moore, advocate for health(don't)care, is making the specious argument that what the GOP offered is only the repeal part of their long-range plan. Hence it is only scoring that and not their future plans. Seriously? That's your argument? The GOP Bill is their plan to replace Obamacare and it sucks. So now the spin is going to be that's not really their plan? Unbelievable.
