The GOP health(don't)care plan for the rich

See this article, which exposes that contained within the plan gives a new tax break to insurance executives earning over $500,000 per year. It will reduce tax revenue by $72 million. Yes, that is correct. WTF does that have to do with providing healthcare to people? It doesn't, for course, and reveals just who this Bill is for. The GOP claims there's no money for social programs but there is $72 million to give away to millionaires.
