Necessary preconditions for the Commons

Sanders agenda may be necessary but not sufficient to implement the Commons. But to get to something like that requires his work as necessary preconditions. And Sanders' agenda has the incipient beginnings of an infrastructure for the Commons, like supporting worker co-ops. Also converting to renewal energy. All of which require democracy, something that has been stolen from us and needs reinstating.
