Colbert interviews Dr. Phil, and after the sexual harassment incidents they then discuss (around 5:00) Dump through a 'hypothetical' situation obviously pointed directly at the Presidunce. He tells us that a pathological liar like Dump is beyond treatment and repair. He then encourages us to do something about a situation we don't like, like get politically involved.
