CA passes net neutrality Bill

The most liberal law of its kind in the US, awaiting the Governor's signature. It prevents ISPs blocking or slowing down service. It prevents the promotion of free streaming apps. It prevents charging extra for access to certain sites. All video streams have to be the same quality and speed. To hell with the FCC's elimination of net neutrality. This now rests in the hands of the States, and as always California leads the way.
