Senate report on Russian disinformation campaign

Continuing the recent posts on manipulating people through framing, the Russians were well aware of this and used it extensively in social media to influence the 2016 campaign for Dump. So says this recent report by Oxford University's Computational Propaganda Project that was prepared for and delivered to the US Senate. The conclusion is that the propaganda was specifically designed to aid Dump and the Repugs and hurt Clinton and the Dems. So why would Russia help them? I'm sure you can figure that one out.
