Rand goes to Canada for surgery

That's right, the king of private enterprise is going to Canada where they have single-payer healthcare to get his hernia surgery. So much for his Ayn Randian libertarian privatization of medical care. Granted it is a private hospital and Rand will not take advantage of the social insurance, but he couldn't find a competent surgeon in the US to do the job? That in itself is telling, given the US medical system is rated poorly, largely due to its privatization.
