The human caravan from the US to Mexico

Yes, Americans are travelling to Mexico in droves for healthcare, particularly dental care. About 74 million Americans lack dental insurance. Even if one has dental insurance, it doesn't cover much and requires huge out of pocket expenses. Funny though that we don't hear about this mass migration to get better dental services at a fraction of the cost because of our broken healthcare system.
