He sees them making the same losing mistakes, like micro-targeting people that already agree with them. They need to get out and reach the lower-educated classes that elected Dump, like doing the town halls on Pox. And they need to play dirty like Dump does by calling him names too; such framing moves the aforementioned demographic. Having too many candidates dilutes core messages, each vying for their unique place in the contest. Message discipline is key for the Party as a whole. Strong, clear, unified and oft-repeated messages show authenticity, character, conviction and yes, authority.
