What Lakoff wants to see in the State of the Union address

The SOTU is tomorrow night and Lakoff wants the President to use it as an opportunity to promote a progressive agenda. Some of the things Lakoff wants to see follow, but he doubts will get in the speech:

Issue an executive order demanding government contractors pay a higher minimum wage;
Reject the Keystone pipeline on national security grounds;

Direct federal agencies to more strictly monitor and punish the kinds of chemical spills seen in WV;
Reinforce the message of empathy to balance the regressive over-emphasis on individual isolationism;
Address wage slavery and income inequality and propose something to fix it;
Expose pension fund theft;
Highlight investment in the American people via education and job training;
Address climate change and demand stricter regulations on dirty fuels;
