There is no 3-step GOP health(don't)care plan

Recall in previous posts today that the mythical 3-step plan is the GOP's spin after the CBO destroyed their plan with those evil facts. But Tom Cotton, Republican representative from Arkansas, came right out and admitted there is no 3-step plan, that it's just lying spin. If the GOP really had a good plan then they should develop in right now in one fell swoop. But that is the point; they don't and they won't.
