CA, NY, WA form Climate Alliance

Governors of those three States released a statement June 1 to form a climate alliance. It will "convene U.S. states committed to upholding the Paris Climate Agreement and taking aggressive action on climate change." They will ignore the T-Swamp and continue the Paris Agreement in their States, while working with other States to do the same. We don't need no stinkin' swamp critters to participate.
