So Speaker Ryan is trying to excuse the Swamp's obstruction of justice as just innocent inexperience. He just didn't know any better? That is a legitimate criminal defense called insanity, and the Swamp is definitely that. Maybe the Speaker is setting up an impeachment reason? No, he doesn't have the necessary balls. It's just a lame excuse for him and his Congress to do nothing in order get what they want from this Lamest Loser of All Time.
