Change the structure, not the content

In this Bryant blog post he notes that genuine transformation requires structural change, not just changing the content within the current structure. In that sense conscious crapitalism is the latter because it still adheres to the capitalist structure of master/servant, leader/follower, boss/laborer, rich/poor and all the other unbalanced, dichotomous, dominator hierarchies inherent to this sort of metaphysics.
