Dump challenges Tillerson to compare IQ tests

That I'd love to see. Dump no doubt has a rigged or fake IQ test lying around somewhere. But I'd love to see him take an legitimate IQ test to reveal what we all know: He has the intellect of a 3-year old. And his behavior in this case, as in every case, proves as much.
