The depressing dump behind Disneyland

Disneyland like to paint a pretty picture about princes and princesses, and everything working out for the better in a happy ending. But the reality of how it makes its money reveals their fantasies are built on the backs of abused labor. Worker wages are so low 10% report being homeless in the past 2 years, with 68% feel food insecure. 73% can't pay basic monthly expenses. More than half skip means they can't afford. 1 in 7 rely on food stamps or donations. Welcome to the seedy underbelly of fantasy land.
