Kavanaugh: Roe v. Wade is NOT settled law

Despite Kavanaugh claiming it is settled law in his hearing, this released email proves he thinks it is not. And it also said that the Supreme Corp could overrule it, apparently his own intention. Other emails show that on other occasions he lied under oath. This is perjury and grounds for not only dismissing his nomination but legal prosecution. And why the Repugnantans have been reluctant to release these documents, because they know he's lying.
