Update: Booker has released the documents and is getting other Dem Senator support. Some spine, finally, only after progressives groups demanded it. Copies of the released documents are at the link.
Mainly because the nomination committee is withholding documents for no good reason other than to hide Kavanaugh's history. Good for him for growing a spine.
