Chief Injustice Roberts refers Kavanaugh complaint to 10th Circuit

The DC Court of Appeals forwarded more than a dozen ethics complaints about Kavanaugh to the Supreme Corp. Roberts has finally referred them to the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals for adjudication. Note the Justices on that court appointed by Repugs number 12, Dems 10. I cannot help but wonder if that's exactly why this court was chosen.
