CPC gets Dem Party to ditch regressive tax rule

Continuing this post, the Congressional Progressive Caucus pressured to Party to ditch that regressive rule that would require a 60% supermajority to increase taxes on the lower 80% income bracket. We also deserve some credit, as we progressives contacted our members of Congress and gave them holy hell for this.
