Sanders explains that he has to do these town halls on the internet because corporate media refuses to cover topics like climate change, income inequality and medical coverage etc. They also discuss the Green New Deal, a necessary step to addressing climate chaos and providing good paying tech jobs in the future. Bottom line though is the absolute necessity of grassroots activism that demands legislation in this direction and votes for those committed to doing it.
