Reich: Tax scam a bust

In this video he comments on the Congressional Research Service verifying the following:

1. The economy remained stagnant at best.
2. The same for wages, also stagnant.
3. Corporations hoarded the money instead of investing in labor and the business.
4. While corporate tax revenues skyrocketed.
5. That boost went to executive pay, not workers.
