Sanders, AOC introduce climate emergency resolution

Sanders is "proposing to declare the climate crisis an official emergency – a significant recognition of the threat taken after considerable pressure from environment groups." AOC will propose the same resolution in the House. Bravo to these brave legislators willing to stand up to the corporate interests and fossil fuel companies. This needs to be a major litmus test in future Democratic primaries.
