Amazon, Google and Facebook have become monopolies. If we truly believe in competitive markets then we must break them up "to restore the balance of power in our democracy, to promote competition, and to ensure that the next generation of technology innovation is as vibrant as the last, it’s time to break up our biggest tech companies." We know though that the monopolies, which giving lip service to competition, really hate it because of their greed. So let's get more progressives in office so that we can accomplish this good old American value.
Warren's solution: "Pass legislation that requires large tech platforms to be designated as 'Platform Utilities' and broken apart from any participant on that platform; Appoint regulators committed to reversing illegal and anti-competitive tech mergers; Protect the future of the internet."
