Bernie: Why we need Medicare For All

Amen Bernie. Medicare For All is still the ultimate goal. We're going to need both Houses and the Presidency for that. Maybe in 2024?

Bernie: The absurdity and cruelty of our corporate health care system should now be apparent to all. As tens of millions of people have lost their jobs, many are also losing their health insurance. That is what happens when health care is seen as an employee benefit, not a guaranteed right. As we move forward, we need to pass legislation that finally guarantees health care to every man, woman and child, employed or unemployed, at every age.
