White House Office of Management and Budget Director Mick Mulvaney said that Twamp's budget eliminates the Meals on Wheels program and the after-school nutrition programs because they "aren't showing any results." Yes, the neediest people eating to stay alive is not a desired result. We're seeing just how insane and cruel the Twamp swamp is. Mulvaney even considers these cuts compassionate!
