He discusses it with Cooper of CNN and Republican tool Moore. Reich said that those Republicans who want to find a replacement have found that you need to fund this program. But those Republicans that don't give one damn about healthcare for the masses don't want any government funding; if people can't afford to buy it on the open (rigged) market then it's their own fault and they should die and quit polluting the gene pool.
