Holacracy is part wirearchy

Continuing from this post on wirearchy, it reminds me of holacracy. We had an extended discussion on it in the Ning IPS thread "integral anti-capitalism, part 2." We also discussed though how Robertson tries to fit it into a conscious capitalist frame, which tarnishes his otherwise good work (pp. 9-10). He may or not eventually discover holacracy is better grounded in the Commons frame.
