Make polluters pay

Here's the next one in Reich's series on how to build a better economy. In this clip he talks about taxing companies that pollute instead of having the rest of us taxpayers foot the bill. He also discusses up approaching our local governments to divest from oil and gas companies that pollute our environment, instead investing in green energy.
