Hartmann and Palast on recent voter purges

In the Ohio special election. There were 3,435 provisional ballots in Franklin Country, which country heavily for the Democrat, O'Connor. These ballots were given to people who disappeared from the voter rolls and their provisional ballots were not counted. This is a result of the recent Supreme Corp decision to allow OH to remove these voters when they didn't return their address update postcards. See Palast's website here.
