USA Today: Benedict Donald attempted collusion in plain sight

When the Presidunce asked on national TV for Russian help with Clinton's emails it violated a law that states:

"Federal campaign finance law prohibits any person from soliciting campaign contributions, defined as anything of value to be given to influence an election, from a foreign national, including a foreign government.”

The law prohibits solicitation for help whether or not it was given. However in this case Russia  provided that aid that same day it was asked for. And The Traitor knew it was illegal in advance because he was warned it was.
