The cost of Dump's trade war

Perhaps now at least some of the Dumpsters are waking up to our Presidunce's idiocy? From Robert Reich commenting on this factual article:

"Your daily reminder that China is not paying for Trump’s tariffs — American consumers are. Trump’s asinine trade war has already killed 300,000 jobs, cost consumers an extra $106 billion a year, and resulted in a $9 billion drop in agricultural exports. Meanwhile, the manufacturing sector continues to shrink and wage growth has slowed to its weakest pace in more than a year. Trump’s reckless policy-by-tweet is dragging us closer and closer to an economic crisis. He’s exacerbating the existing problems in our economy and playing fast and loose with people’s livelihoods."
