Why is the NV culinary union opposed to MFA?

The culinary union in question is part of the larger Unite Here organization. A number of other Unite Here locals have endorsed Bernie and MFA, so what is it about the local chapter that is fighting MFA? MFA would cover everything their program does and likely more. Why are they kinder to the other candidates that will maintain private insurance? Sorry, I realize I'm being mean in asking.
