Weinstein's Unity 2020 plan

At heart it's still a concession to some mythical 'center' as being where the people in the US are. In fact, repeated polling shows the majority of us favor progressive policies, not some compromise in a watered down center. E.g. seeing polling here, here, here and here. It's part of the same rationale that if we just meet Pox Views somewhere in the center we'll find balance. Where exactly is the center between fascism and democracy again?
