We pay for big Pharma research and get nothing in return

Well, we do get exorbitantly inflated prices for privatized drugs developed from our tax money, but that's not a benefit but rather a slap in the face. Thanks for nothing big Pharma. Well, we do get FDA approved drugs but since we can't afford them and our insurance doesn't cover them it's the same difference.
