LA already implementing the Green New Deal

Long before the GND was proposed. LA cut emissions 11% in one year, became the number one solar city in America and created 35,000 new green jobs. LA is also mandating that every building become emissions-free by 2050 and building a zero-emissions transportation network. See the video for more.
