Maher reams Mueller for not having the courage to indict Dump while listing on his crimes in the Report. The Justice Dept. policy to not indict a President is not a law but a memo specifically designed to protect crime in the Office. We've been waiting on Mueller and he let us down. Will the spineless establishment Dems in the House do the same thing? It's a rhetorical question, as we already have our answer.
