Wallace interviews Schiff

Schiff agrees that impeachment should not be pursued because it would be unsuccessful due to Repugnantan obstruction. Wallace asks if Schiff still thinks there was collusion given the Mueller Report. Schiff notes that while the collusion did not rise to the level of criminal conspiracy there is plenty of evidence of it in the Report. Finally, Schiff confirms that the investigation began due to legitimate questions given confirmed intelligence.
