Whistleblower to testify before Congress?

Schiff said he expects the whistleblower to testify before his committee very soon, but it must first clear the Director of National Intelligence (DNI). But they just interviewed the DNI who instead of releasing the complaint to the committee went first to the Blight House for permission. It appears that the DNI is yet another Dump lackey who will more likely obstruct the whistleblower testimony than approve it.
