Romney's speech on convicting Dump

He starts by noting that he took an oath to God, which he takes very seriously. Hence he provides his reasoning for his vote to convict. It's laudable that his motivation to do the right thing is God. He seems to be the only true believer in the whole lot of them, who profess such belief to score political points but who throw it in the trash for their own political benefit.
