"One of the myths of integral has been that more development will lead to
resolving socio-cultural problems, the latter often reduced to value
meme concerns. [...] While development in these
senses is important and admirable (it is my main area of work in the
world), it is in my view a delusion to think it can carry the burden of
socio-cultural transformational work."
