DOJ interprets emoluments clause to allow bribery

The actual Emoluments Clause prevents government officials from taking money from foreign governments. But Dump's corrupt DOJ has now interpreted it to mean that a govt. official can take unlimited amounts from foreign governments as long as it's laundered through said official's commercial entity. Yes, they see it as perfectly legal bribery.
