Leak of Bolton's book contradicts Dump

According to this report, in a leaked manuscript of Bolton's upcoming book he said that "Trump personally tied aid for Ukraine to an investigation of the Bidens." It was also reported that Bolton's book claims that "Mulvaney, Secretary of State Mike Pompeo and Attorney General William Barr, were made aware of Trump lawyer Rudy Giuliani's unusual involvement in a shadow foreign policy in Ukraine well before it became a central element of the whistleblower complaint at the heart of the impeachment inquiry." Bolton and all those named must be called as witnesses.
